This Moderation Policy ("Policy") forms an integral part of the Terms of Use governing the use of Toon Space (the “Service”), operated by Matlicia Limited (reg. HE 473847), a company registered at Florinis 7, Greg Tower, 2nd Floor, 1065, Nicosia, Cyprus (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

The Service includes our mobile applications, the website available at https://9comic.com (including all subdomains), and related services, content, and functionality made available to users (the “Content”).

By accessing or using the Service, users agree to comply with this Policy. This Policy establishes clear rules on permitted and prohibited content and explains how content is reviewed, moderated, and enforced to ensure a safe, lawful, and responsible environment.

Toon Space applies a multi-layered moderation system combining automated tools and human review.

2.1 Controlled Content Publication

Only the Service (Toon Space team) publishes content on the platform. Users and third parties cannot independently publish content on the platform, except for user comments submitted through the designated commenting functionality.

All content is subject to internal quality control review, editorial proofreading, and screening for compliance with this Policy, including checks for prohibited content, prior to publication. Content that does not comply with this Policy will be rejected and will not be published on the Service.

2.2 Comment Moderation System

The Service allows user comments, which are subject to moderation.

• Automated filtering of inappropriate language and abusive content;
• User reporting mechanism (flagging system) for comments;
• Manual moderation by the Service team.

The Service reserves the right to remove any comments deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of this Policy, and to restrict or disable commenting functionality for users who repeatedly violate the rules.
